Shipping

We ship worldwide. Processing time is usually between 3 to 6 business days, this varies with demand. You can see the processing time notification after selecting the color you want to order  Approximate delivery time is as follows for every region after the items of the order have been successfully processed :

  • North America and Central America 2 to 4 weeks
  • South America 3 to 6 weeks
  • Europe and the rest of the world 3 to 6 weeks

An email will be sent to the email address provided at Checkout with all shipping & tracking information within 48 hours of your order being shipped.

Warranty

For any order purchased Crystal Air comes with a 6 month warranty to protect against manufacturer defects.

Any damage incurred by improper usage/negligence will not be covered by the warranty.

Once your warranty item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your warranty item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty. This can be done before or after shipping the product to us.

Customer pays for shipping to Crystal Air Warehouse in the US or Guatemala. Inspections take place in Guatemala. If Customer chooses US Warehouse our team will ship to our Main Warehouse in Guatemala and cover the cost.

Subject: Warranty

“Order Number”  Issue with your Purifier, Attach Photos of your purifier.

We will get back to you as soon as we can and let you know if your product is acceptable for a warranty, and steps to follow.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or  Paypal account within a certain amount of days(Not applicable for Cash on Delivery). Please note we can only issue refunds within 120 days of placing your order. Crystal Air will not be held responsible for delays by the Customer in sending the item or any force majeure that may delay any step of the process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. Regular priced items may only be refunded if there was a product malfunction and if upon arrival of your return, your refund is approved.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
